New Client Information Form
Completed by all new clients prior to the commencement of an advisory relationship. Provides your advisor with a comprehensive picture of your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and household profile.
Investment Advisory Agreement
The formal agreement governing the advisory relationship between the client and Valcorra Capital. Outlines the scope of services, fee structure, and terms of engagement.
Investment Policy Statement
Documents your agreed-upon investment objectives, constraints, and guidelines. Reviewed and updated annually.
Beneficiary Designation Form
Schwab Form used to designate or update beneficiaries on investment accounts held through Valcorra Capital.
Account Transfer Authorization
Schwab Form which authorizes the transfer of assets from an outside custodian to your Valcorra Capital account.
Standing Letter of Authorization
Schwab Form which grants Valcorra Capital standing authorization to direct certain account transactions on your behalf, including fee deductions and asset movements between designated accounts.
